Recently completed at Viewpoint Estates, this spacious 2,600+ sq ft home features three suites, innovative design elements like a pantry cabinet entry and a second washer and dryer in the owner's closet, plus a versatile loft space in the garage. We had a small window to capture a few photos; here's some highlights. 

 Our clients envisioned a reworked garage layout, removal of the fireplace while preserving the beautiful stone backdrop for the TV, a sliding glass door to the front courtyard, and warm earthy tones. We're all pleased with the results! 

This beautiful customized home marks the second project we've had the privilege of building for some of our favorite clients. It features three spacious suites and five bathrooms, with a timeless color palette throughout that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The deep lot allowed us to maximize garage space, including an impressive 87' bay.

Explore this stunning 4-bedroom Sapphire plan at Viewpoint Estates. Our delighted homeowners personalized their space with upgraded kitchen features, custom flooring selections, and additional pavers to enhance the property's charm and functionality.

Guy and Kelly came to us with their idea of a 2-bedroom home with a mega double RV garage. We worked together to achieve their ideal well-balanced floor plan, with a 13' ceiling foyer, and each ensuite featuring it's own garden tub, beautiful shower, dual vanities, and plentiful closet space. A fully equipped garage with over 30' of width completes the home. 

Kelly and Tiffany's lot provided the opportunity to widen the garage of our Diamond plan. They also added built-in custom shelving, upgraded appliances, a working pantry, plus a shower in the garage bath and an outdoor shower. They contracted with our preferred pool builder to complete their back yard.

Ken and Sandi asked us to tweak our Diamond plan to fit their needs. Some changes included eliminating the mud room, the addition of a dry bar in the great room, and a walk-in closet in bedroom 2.  Their primary suite features the shower of their dreams, and a shower was also added to their garage bathroom.
